Our Quality Control Procedure:

1. All inputs required are first scrutinized and assessed by our engineers. In case of any discrepancies/ queries, we seek clarification to avoid unnecessary rework.
2. We ensure, same employee working for all your projects hence reducing learning curve.
3. Documenting learning from one project and carrying it forward to subsequent projects – Effective learning.
4. General set of instructions to be followed for all the projects and specific set of instructions, provided by the client, specific to the project
. 5. Each project team has dedicated Quality Auditors/Controllers.
6. Every Engineering Drawing and Model produced undergoes rigorous quality check and is approved by the Quality Auditor, minimum two-tier checking system (a three-tier system in case of exceptional circumstances) is implemented.
8. Revisions are done if any errors are found during quality check and again ensured by the Quality Auditor before final dispatch.
9. Continuous training (documented) and External trainings are provided to the team as per requirement.
10. We also support Online Training by our clients for a particular project. We use online training tools such as Remote desktop sharing options.
