Methodology

CEC Outsourcing Services has a very well defined process to execute project for our new clients. We follow a general project handling process as below:
EVALUATION
We evaluate the project and identify the scope of the work and requirements of the client including
• Type of Engineering Drawing.
• Changes or details to be incorporated in the Drawings.
• Required design styles, sheet size, drawing scale, format of final output drawing, version of the software, standards to be followed and all other specifications which are required to be incorporated in the Drawings.
Based on this, we identify the list of inputs required.

Planning of following activities contribute to this phase significantly:
• Initial overview of the project, final output required and the gap analysis.
• Client approvals for the understanding.
PILOT PROJECT

This step involves creation of a sample based on the client’s requirements. Inputs in the form of scanned images or hard copies are received from the client. The client’s feedback and approval at this stage is critical to move forward.
PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION

Project execution is planned according to turn around time and the delivery timeline. The project team is formed in accordance with the technical requirements of the project. Following parameters are constantly monitored to ensure that we meet and exceed your expectations.
• Service Level Commitment vs. Delivery.
• Cost vs. Quality matrix.
• Quality Check and Quality Control.
• Implementation of Confidentiality & Security requirements.
SUBMISSION

We deliver the project to the client via a secured ftp site for client’s approval.
