Protecting confidential information is fundamental to our relationship with our clients and to our business. All information received in connection with a client matter is treated with high confidentiality. We will not disclose that information except in accordance with our professional obligations, as authorized by the client, required by law or as contemplated by this.
1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed with each client which covers all the Information which is related to client and project.
2. Apart from the client separate NDA will be signed by employee which states not Reveal data of company or project to outside.
3. Secured IP protection which is related to project.
4. Real-time Anti-virus and SPAM protection for desktops and servers.
5. Physical security ensures no CDs, Pen-drives, movable media goes in and out of the Facility without written permission from the management.
6. We have secured ftp connections to ensure data transfer confidentially between clients and CEC.
We take atmost care to maintain confidentiality of our client’s information and data. Below are the steps we take for security to ensure confidentiality:

Corporate Level:

We sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for our clients to ensure confidentiality of their data.
Once the project is completed and approved by the client, we purge all the data information after taking client’s approval.
If client demands to send the data back, we safely ship the data to his location.
Any unauthorized access is prohibited in the premises as the entire premises is locked with Access Control Card System.

Individual Level:

We sign Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with each of our employees too to ensure confidentiality of data at all stages.
This agreement binds an employee legally. NDA states that an employee can not disclose any client information or data directly or indirectly and cannot use this information for any other purpose during and post employment.
Each team member is given limited information / data access depending on the job allocation in a particular project. Critical information / data is kept only with Project Managers.
Every system is password protected with strict security systems to restrict tampering and misuse of client’s data.Each user is also assigned a unique user ID
